Motor installation site, and installed base: motor installation site elevation height should be no more than 100 () m; general purpose motor installation site should be dry, clean, around the motor should be well ventilated, and other equipment to leave at regular intervals, in order to check, monitor and cleaning, environmental temperature below 40 DEG C and prevent the intense radiation; installed base to strong, sturdy, rigidity, mounting surface should be smooth, in order to ensure the balanced operation of the motor.
The wiring of the motor: the motor should be properly grounded, junction box below and to the right and housing of the machine base is grounding device, when necessary can also make use of the motor feet or the flange disc fastening bolt grounding, in order to ensure the safe operation of the motor.
Motor and mechanical load connection: the motor can use the coupling, the shaft or the belt and the load machinery, the fan end of the biaxial motor is only allowed to adopt the coupling drive. When the coupling is used, the center line of the motor shaft and the load machine should be coincident, so that the motor will produce strong vibration, the shaft and the abnormal sound..
