The development of high-efficiency motor is still one of the direction of the future development of the motor technology, in order to fill the blank of our products 1 energy-efficient motors in GB18613 - 2012 standard, but also to cooperate with the national implementation of energy efficiency leader development plan, it is necessary to carry out the IE4 efficiency of the motor, in order to meet the future domestic and export market needs for high efficiency motors. The overall goal is to complete the IE4 ultra high efficiency series product design, and formulate product technical conditions. A series of products: H80 ~ H355; the power range is 0.75 ~ 355kW; pole number is 2, 4, 6, 8; the average efficiency was 95%, 6% higher than ordinary products.

Ultra high speed three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor:

The design, manufacture and testing technology of ultra high speed motor is extended to the spindle motor, micro turbine power generation, high speed storage and other fields. Low speed and high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor at low speed and high torque generally refers to the speed of 500r/min, rated output torque of 500N • m transmission system. The permanent magnet motor can realize the operation of low speed and high torque direct drive, which makes the application prospect of the permanent magnet motor in low speed and high torque transmission system very broad. The low speed and high torque permanent magnet motor is used in the ball mill, which can remove the large gear of the reducer, the direct drive pinion and the transmission part to realize the reliable operation of the ball mill, and the energy saving of the system is more than 10%.

The goal of product development is as follows:

(1) to complete the development of special motor for ball mill, the motor power range is from 2.2 to 400kW, the speed range is from 10 to 60r/min. (2) the low speed and high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor is developed for the hoist, belt conveyor, screw pump, pumping unit and other equipment.

(3) the standard of low speed and high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) special for ball mill and other equipment.

High performance permanent magnet servo motor system since 2005, China's AC servo motor market has entered a period of rapid development, the annual growth rate of more than 25%; in 2011 the market capacity of about 6000000000 yuan, is expected to reach $15 billion in 2015. At present, most of the application of AC servo motor system is about 25%, machine tools, textile machinery, packaging machinery accounted for 20%, accounted for 10% of the printing machinery accounted for 7%; the development of high-end CNC machine tool industry in support of national policy, high-end CNC machine tools has been included in the development of National Science and technology major projects; technology research and industrialization of machine tools with high performance permanent magnet servo motor system, the servo motor drive system in high precision, high performance and fast response in the direction of development, has important significance to improve the overall level of China's equipment manufacturing.


The product development phase is as follows:

(1) to complete the research and product development of CNC machine tool servo system, the motor power range is 3 ~ 15kW, and the performance level of similar product abroad; complete the permanent magnet servo drive application demonstration system on NC machine tool.

(2) the application of permanent magnet servo drive system in textile machinery, packaging machinery, printing machinery, and the development of typical specifications.

(3) develop the standard of permanent magnet servo motor for some equipment.

Permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor has the features of permanent magnet synchronous motor and switched reluctance motor, has the advantages of high efficiency, high power factor, high power density, wide speed range. At present, the application of permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor (PMSM) in the industrial field needs to be further developed.
