Fault handling of three phase asynchronous motor with three phase current unbalance and bearing overheat
Three phase current unbalance:
1 three phase power supply voltage unbalance;
Treatment plan: use the voltage meter to measure the power supply voltage to be adjusted.
2 short circuit of stator winding;
Treatment plan: use current meter to measure three phase current, or disassemble the motor to check over the coil.
The 3 part of the stator winding after rewinding, the number of turns of the coil is wrong;
Solution: each phase winding DC resistance is measured with double bridge, such as resistance difference is too large, wiring problems should be corrected.
4 rewind stator winding, a connection error between the coil part;
Treatment plan: check and correct connection method.
Overheated bearing:
1 bearing damage:
Treatment plan: replace bearing;
2 bearing and shaft fit too tight or too loose;
Solution: too loose in the bearing sleeve, tight re processing to the standard size.
3 oil too much, too little to live dirty oil, mixed with iron impurities;
Solution: adjust the amount of oil or oil, grease capacity should not exceed the bearing chamber volume 2/3.
4 tape tight or coupling equipment is not good;
Treatment plan: adjust the belt tension, adjust the coupling drive device;
5 motor on both sides of the end cover or bearing cover is not installed;
Solution: the end cover or bearing spigot mounted flat, tighten the bolt.
