Three phase asynchronous motor is by a motor and access 380V three-phase AC power supply (phase difference of 120 degrees) power supply, due to the three-phase asynchronous motor rotor and the stator rotating magnetic field in the same direction, different speed rotation, the presence of slip, so called three-phase asynchronous motor.

Three phase induction motor winding circuit fault diagnosis method is as follows:

1 with the use of table test. The two test rod is about to be used in the form of the two ends of each phase winding, and the switch is switched on to the resistance profile, and then checks whether each phase is connected. Then the test phase of each coil assembly if a coil group is pendulous, said, the coil open circuit group.

2 test light inspection. Same as the test method with the use of the same. The lamp is illuminated and the winding is complete, and the light bulb is not bright.

3 measuring three phase current. That is, the three-phase winding through the low-voltage high current, and then measure the three-phase current, if the three-phase current difference is greater than 5%, a small current for the circuit breaker.

4 measurement of DC resistance. That is, the use of the bridge to measure the three-phase winding of the DC resistance, such as the difference between the value of three-phase DC winding 2%, the larger the resistance of the first phase of the circuit.
